Smart Googling

By admin | June 18, 2008

If you want to Google around smart, and looking for something specific, you may try these ways:
Search for a file extension:
filetype:doc site:microsoft.com

Search which websites got this address on their websites (example, you want to see which websites got Your website got placed onto theirs):
link: pakadtrader.com

Search in title (for if you want to search for a term which you only can find in titles):
allintitle: yoursearchterm

Search for All pages on a website:
site:pakadtrader.com

Search all websites except one:
yoursearchterm -site:microsoft.com

Search at pages which look the same like the address you type in:
related:google.com/help.php

Special query in Google:
“thank you for your purchase”

and you’ll get onto a page where you can download something where you have to pay for. Simple, huh?
